Hooray! Life In A Northern Town turns 4 TODAY!...how will we celebrate?
I think everyone should get presents, so here's my proposal:
- (1) Since I collect postcards, I'd LOOOOVE to see some in my mailbox over the next week! I know that postage has just gone up and it's asking a lot, but all I want for my blog-a-versary is POSTCARDS FROM EVERYWHERE! (and it doesn't have to be a "place" postcard--I love art ones, cartoons, and handmade postcards, too). I'll post the pretty pictures here and I can promise you a fabulous Montana postcard in return if you care to share your address or PO Box with me! Here's my office address:

Hi. I'm just so nervous, I'll just, ummm, well, I'm a big fan and all, so to have anything coherant to say...well, ummm, I think you're really great, and I love your blog, and I'll send you a postcard if I can find one, although Provo isn't exactly picturesque.

Provo has its lovely spots...and I don't think I have a Provo postcard! OR you could send an art one instead, or a handmade one...or just keep stopping by! I love YOUR blog, too, Justine. It's nice to read about life a little bit "up the mommy road..." :)

Jamie, I have lots of postcards laying around. I buy them and then never send them out. I love all of your postings, this is the only way to stay connected to you guys, I miss being around all of my family. I hate to think that all of my neices and nephews will not get to know aunt lisa. I love you and I will send out some postcards.Give the kidos a kiss from aunt Lisa Rich too!!

James, I live in the same state as you. We both know how BEAUTIFUL Montana is. I will try my best to make you a post card. I love all of the " On this day in History" posts and all of the Heidi-isms. That girl cracks me up....love Aunt Rola.

I didn't know I had a Blogger display name but those darn computers are so smart they know who you are before you do. My favorites are the Heidi-isms (gee. I wonder why?) I am not sure what kind of comments you want for your drawing but I thought of a funny story from my childhood that is sure to win!....
Remember the time I was sleeping in your room at Grandma Lyns and it was stormy out? You kept telling me to shut up and go to sleep so I finally did. A couple minutes later the shelf above me with all you glass dolls and stuff fell on me and it hurt really bad but I didn't say anything and just laid there for fear you would kill me for talking again! A few more minutes went by and I heard " Jill, are you okay?" Love that story! I better win! VOTE FOR PEDRO!
