Thanks for complimenting my girls--they are delightful in person, too--most of the time. The quilt--oh, heavens, I can barely sew patches, let alone polyhedrons and stars and stuff! No, I did not make the quilt. In fact, it has a fun history. After my mission I worked for almost a year at ZCMI's bed and bath department. I learnd lots, especially that Chinese people make pretty, detailed, and cheap quilts. That quilt is from a sale bin where all the handmade quilts were $10, any size. So my roommate Heidi and I , although we had twin beds, went and bought matching King-size quilts for future use. And we ARE using it, since our Ikea "Mysa Vatten" comforter has not yet arrived.
