This Should Cheer ANYBODY Up...

Something changed overnight--the left hip pain has pretty much faded and shifted squarely in the center of my pelvic floor. I am guessing this is engagement. There has also been a hormonal shift in which all of my senses are heightened to almost unbearable levels. Everything stinks, everything tastes gross, everything grates on my last nerve...I am trying not to react to the sensory feedback, but it is definitely making me grumpy! However, I downloaded these pictures from Monday night's dinner and they made me laugh, even in my grumpy state. Heidi putting on geek glasses
Heidi wearing geek glasses
Heidi posing with arugula on her eye
Addie pouting because we made her eat her Taco Salad.

I wish I was there - we learned pregnancy/labor massage today in school. Also, I know a pressure point on the foot that is suppose to start labor - give me a call if you are interested!! Love ya!!

Mike: Well, I listened to the doctors discuss who is going to deliver the baby for about 5 minutes (while I was getting ready to knock somebody out)--it's Dr. B's "turn" to deliver an induction, but she is only at the hospital September 5th (sounds like a no-brainer to me), but she is insisting that they follow the ACOG guidelines and not induce until 38-1/2 weeks (like 48 hours really matters with me--I have had 2 huge healthy babies at 38 weeks, people), so that puts me on Dr. Reid's 3-day hospital stretch (9/7-9/10). HOWEVER, I am going to rally for 9/6, which is Dr.Helin's only day that week (my OB nurse said she delivers the fastest). If my water breaks this weekend (and it just might!!!), I think Dr. Burwell is on. WHATEVER! Debbie--I wish you were here, too! You could massage this baby right outta here!

James, have rich rub around the back of your ankles, from top to bottom...that should help! Gotta love reflexology!!!
