Sunday after lunch:
Rich: It's time for everyone to take a rest...do you want me to snuggle with you on my bed?
Addie: (whining) No Dad. I don't want to snuggle with anyone...and CERTAINLY not mommy.
(should I be hurt? I like to snuggle by myself, too...)
